Harbor is not an HMO, a PPO, or any other kind of insurance program.
It's simply a Referral Plan where we send you patients, and in return you give them a reasonable discount. You'll find those discounts laid out in our Harbor Fee Schedule.
Participating as a contracted provider is like having an advertising program that you only pay for when it works!
With the Harbor Dental Plan, you determine the treatment plan, you do the work and the patient pays you right then and there. It couldn't be easier!
